With over 20 years of experience across high school, collegiate, and international basketball, Sercan Fenerci brings a rare combination of coaching expertise, recruiting insight, and athlete representation to the industry.
His background includes leadership roles as an Athletic Director and head coach, along with experience working with national-level athletes and international prospects. This foundation allows him to evaluate talent, understand the recruiting landscape, and strategically position athletes for long-term success.
Sercan has helped guide over 300 student-athletes to the collegiate level and supported 40+ athletes in reaching the professional ranks. Today, his focus is on representing and advising athletes with a personalized, relationship-driven approach—ensuring every client has a clear plan, strong positioning, and access to real opportunities.
